Sinus related condition

Hi approximately 3 months ago i was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis from my doctor to which i started taking a sinus spray for approximately 6 weeks (as a result of headaches all over head including behind eyes which made me feel quite nauseas and ill along with a high white blood cell count) - i then after 6 weeks went back to my doctor to have another blood test and inform her that also 4 weeks after taking the sinus spray i experienced sharp pain down the side of my face along with a coldsore in my nose on the same side - the blood test confirmed my white blood cell count had jumped in one month from 11.3 to 14.5 - she explained to me it had turned "bacterial" as the platelettes were high also so i started taking antibiotics.  I started to feel less headaches after a week of taking the antibiotics however after i had finished i experienced a sore throat on and off for a week along with some more nauseasness.  I then went back to the doctor's surgery to see another doctor (my doctor being on annual leave) and he said that my throat was quite red and inflamed and to take more antibiotics - i am now feeling a little better but have a sore ear (outer) and pain down the other side of my face along with a headache.  I work as a sales rep so my job is somewhat demanding and at times a little stressful but i'm just now at a loss as i believe i can cope with stress fairly well but my ongoing sickness is causing me to struggle with work a little - please help!

How are you? Ear pain is usually present when there is an infection or also from congestion of your nose and sinuses. If the ear was cleared from infection, increased fluid intake and over-the-counter decongestants may help provide relief. However, if it persists, you may need to have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and regards.
