Thanks for the reply Dr_Smita_S. There is no discharge or pus from them at all, i have noticed (before i noticed the lumps) that i seem to lose balance for a few fractions of a second (i haven't fallen over) i have another post which is related to anemia, could this be a possible symptom/sign? Thanks.
Hi
A localized swelling in the head can be a boil/furuncle, carbuncle, infected lipoma or fibroma. The exact diagnosis is possible clinically on actual physical examination. Do you have any associated discharge or pus or any other symptoms?
Your headache may be related to these lumps or to other causes or may be psychological in nature. The exact diagnosis would depend on a detailed history with respect to the exact site, duration, time of the day, intensity, any associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting, visual loss, any neurological symptoms along with your past medical history.
You should consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and management.
Take care!
