Welcome to the forum!
First of all at the age of 18 years you need to move on to a regular doctor. If you have high blood pressure and headaches, then first the cause of high BP such as kidney problems, heart problems, liver problems etc should be ruled out. A high BP can cause a severe headache that no medicine can treat except the BP lowering medicines.
The other possibility is compression of the spinal nerves in the cervical spine region. This can happen due to overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc. A MRI of the cervical spine may be required. You may need to consult a neurologist regarding this.
So first find a PCP who can take you. Get your BP monitored and investigated. Discuss pinched nerves with this doctor. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
