Strange head pressure, light headed, and chest tgihtness

Hello I'm 20 years old and of last thursday been having head pressure, lightheadness,  tightness in chest, sometimes shortness of breath and a heavy feeling. The pressure is right in the middle of my head and sometimes it migrates to behind my noes, eyes and ears. The symptoms seem to come and go on there own. The last three days the symptoms stay a little longer. I have already been to the doctor and they said it might just be sinuses and stress but I'm not to sure because sometimes it feels as if its getting worse.

Hi,
Was there recurrence of your chest tightness? Were you able to see your attending physician? Direct examiantion of your ear and nasal passage by your ENT doctor will greatly help with the diagnosis. Take care and dope to hear from you soon.

Hi,
How are you? Are there other additional symptoms present? It may indeed be due to sinus infection and may be resolved with medications. Drink plenty of fluids and try to avoid stress.  Continue your medications as prescribed to help provide relief. If the chest tightness persists, further evaluation may need to be done to rule out cardiac issues as well. Direct clinical examination and tests like ECG may be done.Take care and do keep us posted.
