Hi.
I think it could be one of these causes. There is not much to worry about. Just let the doctor's visit happen. Meanwhile you can start taking some steps, like drinking enough water at work, sleeping well, etc.

Yes, my blood pressure was normal. The nurse made a comment that my blood pressure was almost the exact same when I went in for a follow-up two weeks after my inital appointment. I have had this type of headache for about two weeks. My vision seems to be fine. Sometimes I feel like I am in a daze, but I don't seem to have an vision loss or double vision.....maybe a little blurriness at times. I know that I definitely don't drink enough water while at work. I can try to be better about that. I opted not to go on any kind of thyroid medication right away because my doctor wants to check it again in mid-March. Do you think this is something serious?
Hello.
We can think of anxiety and stress as possible causes only after we have failed to establish any other cause.
I am sure you must have got your blood pressure checked. Was it normal ?
High thyroid produces a dynamic effect in the body. The blood pressure generally goes to the upper side of normal range. You can have such headaches.
How long have you been having the headache ? Do you have vision problems ?
Mild dehydration and hunger are common causes of headaches. We generally do not consume enough liquids while at work. And towards the end of the day's work, these headaches can come.
Hope this helps. Please keep me posted.
