Super sensitive to smells, smells triggering migraines/nausea, smelling burnt toast

For the last 2 years, I have been sensitive to smells. I can smell mould, when no one else can and it usually makes me feel quite nauseous. Now it is getting worse; certain perfumes & colognes are triggering instant migraines/nausea that last for a whole day. The smell of car fumes gives me headaches and I can literally taste the fumes.

Just over the past 2 weeks or so, I have been smelling burnt toast, when no one has been making toast.  This usually occurs when I am lying in bed. And just after this started happening, I get bouts of intense pressure in the ears (feels like my ears are going to explode) and at the top of my head. I've got the ear pressure happening right now.  Sometimes it makes a 'clicking' noise - it did last night.

I am now getting motion sickness - never had this my whole life. I don't last very long in a car, without feeling queezy and have to blast the aircon on cold, to feel better.

I haven't had a good nights sleep for over a year - I wake at least 20 times during the night and I get random bouts of breathlessness (not after exercising) and find it hard to breathe sometimes. I have also been having random heart palpitations and sometimes it beats so 'hard', I can hear it. I wake every morning, feeling horrible and tired. And my heart usually beats really fast/hard, before I've even got out of bed (so no, it's not because I'm moving around).

I have been told that I have asthma (although a second opinion said I don't). I have seen a cardiologist - I have no heart problems. I have been told that I have an allergy to Preservative 220, though I am very cautious with that. I don't buy foods with added preservatives in them.  Thought I may have an allergy to chemicals or something like that.

I have had the breathlessness and heart palpitations for well over a year. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. A preservative free diet isn't helping it.

I thought I might just have to live with, until the instant migraines started happening.  Can someone please, please, please help me with this? I am definitely at my wits end!!

Thanks in advance!
