Temporal Arteritis or Migraine

I have been experiencing a multitude of symptoms over the past few months. Most recently I have been seen an increase in frequency and severity of tension and migraine headaches with and without aura. I have been feeling a lot of pressure and pulsating pains in my right temple for a few weeks now, daily on and off. Recently my vision has been changing, blurring, light sensitivity, tunnel vision (once), floaters, missing spots in vision, etc. I have seen two different doctors and last week had an optometrist examine me for possible optic neuritis or retinal problems, he found nothing wrong with my visual acuity and the visual field test was normal. Should I chalk it all up to migraine or should I be concerned about Temporal Arteritis. I am 31 years old with 2 children. In November I experienced full body fatigue, tingling, muscle weakness and joint pain, as well as anxiety and headaches. These symptoms are noe gone and I had an MRI done 3 days ago with unremarkable results. I am very scared now with the visual symptoms going on. Any suggestions? The idea of Temporal Arteritis is terrifying and I have had several of the symptoms.
