Temporal arteritis, is a vasculitis that mainly affects medium-sized vessels and occasionally also involves larger-caliber vessels .Headache,is the most universal symptom of temporal arteritis,tends to be unilateral, classically concentrating in the temporal region.
Here ,inflammation often strikes the temporal artery, causing temporal-located headaches.
