Truck driver has migrane headaches.

I am the wife of an OTR driver.  We are now in Nebraska . It is a very bright and sunny day.  Mostly he is without headaches. But the last 2 days,  he was near tears,  because ofit.  Laying down did not help,  or regular pain relreliever. He is 60 years and of fair good health.  What can we do ?

Are you sure it is migraine? So that it is not something that needs medical attention? Is it one-sided? Pulsating? Has he had them all his life? Any other symptoms besides headaches? Vision problems? Hearing problems? Numbness or weakness in arm, leg or face?
