Trying to figure out what's causing my headache that won't go away!

I have no idea if it's a migraine or a regular headache since I don't know much about migraines. All I know is I want it to go away. I'm trying to figure out what caused this latest headache so I can avoid it again. I've had sinus headaches in the past since I do have seasonal allergies but this one seems a bit different. I'm feeling it more in my eyes this time. It was bad yesterday and I took 4 Motrin. Today it's still there as a dull headache, especially my eyes. If I turn suddenly, it hurts. I feel this overwhelming tiredness even though I had enough sleep last night and the night before. I just feel like crawling back in bed.
I did have Sushi Saturday night and was wondering if there might be a connection. I've eaten it before but it had been awhile. I just can't figure out what's causing this and why it won't go completely away!
Is there something better I could be taking than the Motrin? Is there something else I can be doing to feel better? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Since you have a history of sinusitis, the possibility of this headache being caused by sinusitis is very much there. Your symptoms of pain behind the eyes are also suggestive of sinusitis. I would suggest you to take steam inhalation, OTC decongestants and take rest. Maintain your fluid intake and eat on time. Meanwhile schedule an appointment with your treating doctor as you need to be evaluated again.
