is not all that common. If you had green or yellow discharge from your nose or had a whopper of a head cold, sinusitus maybe. It took me a long time to realize my so-called sinus headaches were really migraines. I know now that if my nose either gets really stuffy OR runny I am on my way to getting another migraine. Also migraine pain will start in the front, on my eyeballs like they are being squeezed, on top of my head until it finally, with a sickening painful flourish, will settle in its preferred destination; my throbbing right temple. Migraines can be deceptive little bastards.
Where exactly do you have the headache? is it on one side or both? Any accompanying symptoms like nausea, dizziness, light and sound sensitivity? It may jus be a sinus headache. Try steam inhalation, OTC antihistaminics. If the pain continues please consult a physician.
