Ugh MIGRANE(migraine)! quick q.

Hi, my name is Steven. Im 14 and tommorow I have school :[.
Im suffering from a headache that seams to go away when I take a shower.
My Mom's voice seems to be making my headache worse, and whenever I seem to run around my house, my headache gets worse. I went to the store and my headache was better. My armpits may have been a contributer to the headache.  haha. They were kinda smelly, the smell seems to bother me even when I put deoderant. any smell of anything seems to make it worse. Oh and I have asthma. The headache has seemed to be going on for most of today and a couple hours of last nite.
My question:
Is there a certain type of headache for this?
Tylenol or Aspiren?

How are you? If there was no trauma or injury, this headache could be due to primary headaches such as tension headache. There are plenty of triggers that you have mentioned. It is important that you avoid these to prevent the headache from recurrence.  This can also be exacerbated by stress. Try to keep your armpits clean and dry and avoid running too much around the house. It is better to take tylenol than aspirin for pain relief. Aspirin is not recommended for children, 18 years and below, because it can lead to Reye's syndrome. Take care and do keep us posted.
