Unexplained lump on head with headaches, possible seizure

Hello. I had a possible seizure on September 2nd this year and doctors aren't really sure what caused it or if it was actually a seizure. I get horrible headaches everyday, and they sometimes last multiple days. I had a migraine last for 18 days and no medication worked. I went to the ER and they just diagnosed me with a headache. They are some blood and did a urinalysis, but everything came back normal. Seems to happen everytime I see any doctor for anything. noticed about a week and half ago when I was washing my hair that I have this lump on the upper right side of my head. It's above the end of my eyebrow, but back towards the side a little bit. I have looked under my hair and it is not red or discolored at all. I'm not having any pain other than my regular headaches. I have nit hit my head on anything or had any trauma to the head that would cause a lump. The lump is about an inch wide. Does anybody have this or had it before? Should I mention it to my neurologist that I'm seeing next week? I'm worried and not sure what to do.
