Unknown Headache - please help

This started earlier today - I don't know how to describe the symptoms in medical terms so I don't know if this is serious or normal.  I had been bending down to look under the bed for our cat, and sometimes when this happens, the blood rushes to my head and I experience a pain.  However, when I stood back up, the pain persisted.  It's now 8 hours later, and it feels like I have been laying over the edge of the bed with my head hanging down all day.  There is no centralization to the pain - it is all over, it is somewhat throbbing.  It is painful to keep my eyes open (although I don't experience any sensititvity to light/darkness - just the physical act of having my eyes open).  I took two tylenol earlier but I may as well not taken anything at all.  Is this just a normal headache?

It could be related to blood pressure maybe... you should probably go to your doctor to get your blood pressure checked. And, if the headache doesn't go away on its own by tomorrow then I would go to a walk-in clinic or get an appointment with your family doctor the same day (so tomorrow) to get it checked out and to get a blood pressure reading.

To clarify, I very, very rarely get headaches, and have no family history of migraines.  It is the fact that it started when I was bending down that alarms me, and it feels EXACTLY like having the blood rush to your head if you hang off the side of a bed where your head is lower than your body.  But it has been like this all day.
