Urgent Help Please..

hello, im 21 years old male.

for the last month and a half, i have been experiencing head preassure in the left temporal area, at the back and top of my left ear, the pressure sometimes changes to other ares like at the end of my cheekbone (close to the ear ) sometimes close to my eyebrow bone,  some times i feel alittle dizzy, and when i move my left eye the back of the eye feels sore.

the 2nd week of having the head pressure i develop allergy symtoms, (very thick mocus coming through my throat, it was so thick that it had probles draining, it was yellow in color.) the allergy symtoms went away 3 days after, and mocus came back to clear color.

im very worried because the head pressure still going on, some days i dont have, some days it comes back, sometimes when i touch the area it triggers the pressure, the pressure is very dull, i could do any physical activity without a problem, body position does not change the intensity of the pressure. tylenol relieves the pressure when is to uncomfortable,

i have never suffer from headaches before.

can this be a dull migraine, head tumor, nerve problem, sinus problem ?

thanks.

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present like facial pain or fever? If there is no history of head trauma, this could be due to primary headaches such as migraine or tension headaches. These often resolve with rest, ice pack, removal of triggers, and pain medications. However, if it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination is important. Take care and do keep us posted.
