Vertigo and Headaches

Well, I guess my question is that I have been having Vertigo symptoms off and on since May of this year. I have had a headache every day since this started sometimes it is worse than others and and sometimes brings nausea and even a little bit of blurred vision with it. Here lately i have been to the emergency room for this and they still come back with nothing. I had several different tests run through an Audiologist as well as at the Emergency room. They put me on Antivert and another medication that was stronger but had the same correlation to Antivert that i can't remember the name of. So far they have found nothing that has caused this. Had a brain MRI and CT Scan done with clear results and I go back to the specialist on Tuesday for further research on what is causing this issue. It has started taking over my life and I have been scared to drive to far because of some of the stronger dizzy spells I have had here recently. The ER Doc said there might by Labrythitus or Minears Disease as the cause but there are still no clear answers. Is there anything else i can suggest that they look for or maybe a different approach as to how I can personally deal with the symptoms of this? Any suggestions would help!

Hope you get a diagnosis. I got diagnosed with BPPV and that went away then they found a weak inner ear nerve but am doing vestibular therapy for that.
