Weird Headaches & Nosebleeds

Hi, I have had Migraines & Headaches all my life. I have been told by my mom and dad that it is related to my glasses. Here lately however I have been experiencing a weird sensation with it. I have also had Nosebleeds for most my life as well. I will have a headache really bad for a while and then I have a Nosebleed and it makes my headache subside a good bit.

If I had to put how often I have Nosebleeds it would be probably about once or twice a month sometimes it skips a month and sometimes I have more than that. It seems kinda random.

I have one last thing to state could it be cause I am trying to strengthen one of my eyes that cause my headaches to be so bad or is it something else.

Thank you.

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

What is it specifically that you are doing to strengthen your eye? Are you doing under doctor supervision?

Nosebleeds with migraines are rare so, I would see a doctor to make absolutely sure that they are related and you don't have an underlying issue going on. Better safe than sorry!

Back to the first issue. Yes, if you need glasses or need a change in your prescription for glasses that can aggravate and/or cause migraines but, again, you need to see a doctor to find out.
