Weird symptoms associated with headaches

When I was 15, I suffered from a Brain Hemorrhage to the occipital lobe. Now five years later, I still have consistent migraines or headaches. You name the type of headache or migraine, and I've had it. It can be tension, occipital, fume related, triggered by a period, not triggered by a period, and the list goes on. I've noticed that loud noises, any pressure change, or some physical assersion can cause head pressure and ultimately lead to a headache too. Recently, I've noticed that sometimes when I do have a headache, or sometimes when I am not experiencing one, I will have random dizzy spells or my ears will ache. I try to drink a good amount of water each day and I also eat a healthy diet. I'm not sure if this is something I will just grow out of, or if it is potentially a problem.

Mainly, I just use Ibprofin when need be.

Does anyone have an idea as to what might be wrong or something I can do to stop this?

It is not unusual to get headaches after brain hemorrhages. These can occur even years after the hemorrhage. These headaches can persist for months or even years before they go away. Your symptoms like dizziness, headache, and ear ache can also indicate increased intracranial pressure.
I would suggest you to take a clinical opinion with a neurologist and undergo a CT scan or MRI of skull to rule out neurological conditions. Let us know if you have more questions.
