What is wrong with me?

My condition all started about a year and a half ago after drinking way too much at a party.  I vividly recall my buddy slurring his speech on the ride home back to my place.  The next day I woke up with an unquenchable thirst like I have never experienced before.  I drank at least 20 glasses of water and could not get my fulfill.  All the ice trays were gone within an hour.  I also had a headache that still bothers me to this day.  I went to my general doctor who referred me to an ENT who suspected I had cluster headache or a broken collar bone.  I then went to a neurologist who sent me to a psychiatrist who diagnosed me with bipolar disorder.  In the meantime, I had a panic attack and went to the ER on 2 different occasions.  The headaches seemed not as intense after being prescribed an antidepressant and a drug for my headaches, but at the time I was an everyday user of marijuana so I didn't feel much pain besides the dread of everyday work.  I took the meds for awhile, but discovered that my thoughts weren't as clear, I was tired (nearly) all the time, and my thoughts of suicide increased to a scary level so I stopped taking them.  I continued using marijuana for months with no noticeable pain from what I can remember.  Then, the pain started coming back...

I was in Chicago with the same buddy that drove me home the night we were at the bar.  I'm sure I was high at the time, but can't recall for sure.  We had no water in the room and drank mainly alcohol for the entire weekend for the most part besides having a few meals here and there.  I was watching TV and then all of a sudden my headaches struck again.  I know clustered headaches follow the circadian rhythm and can only come back during certain parts of the year and this was about exactly a year after the headaches started originally.  This was May of 2009 and the headaches are still here...

A few months ago my dentist noticed I had 2 lymph nodes that were inflamed and urged me to contact a doctor.  
Since then I went to my new primary that tested me fine for thyroid, white/blood cell count, mono, diabetes, and few more.  I also passed a full closed MRI with flying colors.  He said to contact him to go to a neuro if things didn't improve.  I have been taking codeine every morning for the pain that I got from my girlfriend and he prescribed Reglan for my G.E.R.D that has been present for years and had gotten worse since I was out of a job and couldn't afford Nexium for some time.  The OTC stuff just doesn’t seem to do the trick anymore.

My current known conditions are as follows: Tourette's syndrome, bipolar disorder, OCD, G.E.R.D., and whatever else is wrong with me that might be directly related to the above.

I'm in so much pain most days that I wish someone would just put a bullet in my head so I could finally rest in peace.  I'll list my current symptoms below:

Headache, chronic fatigue, 3 inflamed lymph nodes, sporadic blurred vision in my left eye, neck pain (particularly around the inflamed nodes), shoulder pain, depression, insomnia, occasional jaw pain, occasional pain in left foot, back pain, dry mouth and lips, thirstier than I was a few years ago on average, a few black dots on my penis that I first noticed about a year or so ago (you can't rule everything out), and that's all I can think of at the moment.

Where is god and house when you need them?
