What type of headaches am I having?

I'm a 19 year old male.

Symptoms:
Sharp pain on one side of head. Usually left.
7-10 minute build up before the pain feels as though it peeks for about an hour then it's just gone.
Runny nose
Red eye on hurting side
Pain feels worse if I don't get out of bed.
Pacing seems to at least distract from the pain if not dampen.
Sensitive to light

I usually get these headaches once a month with maybe one month in between. It always starts at about 3:30-4:00 a.m. Waking me up and making me debate whether or not I should just remove the left half of my head.

I've looked at headache symptoms before and it would appear that I have cluster headaches, but I only get one headache once a month. Every single other symptom lines up except the cluster of multiple headaches part.

Sorry forgot. It also might be a TMJ issue. If you have it at bed time. May need to see a dentist.

Seems like a severe migrane. Believe me until you have it a lot of people don't know how bad it is. It can affect a lot of everyday issues. Sometimes you just have to sit in the dark and be alone and try to let it part until the next day. No moving or serious exercise. I would also go see a doctor just in case it is more serious. Migraines can be terrible. There are many naturaul supplement that could help. From ginger, turmeric, green tea, or a mix of things. Also strong coffee is known to help headaches. Good luck, and God bless.
