a very strange migraine

hello,i hope someone can answer this for me .i had my foot up on the tub to wash my feet,i took it downand all of a sudden i had extreme pain that started in my left side of the head and went around to the other side .i could not move my neck in the back of it or the front.i felt like my neck was broken .i thought at first i was having a stroke .broke out into a sweat ,i had to call for helpbecause i couldnt move .i have never had pain like this in my head in my life .it is 21 days today.i went to the hospital where they gave me im compazine ..that night i had blurred and double vision .i called the next day and they said each person is different as to side effects .the next day my right eyelid will not open at all.it was very swollen .the swelling is gone but the eyelid will not remain open at all.i have read nightmare stories about compazine im  on the web.i am going for an mri thurs but i am beginning to think my eye is permanatly  going to be like this .has this happened to anyone ? i only had sensitivity to light from the migraine when i went to the er,now this .i still have a raging headache ,ear pain, pain in the forehead ,both temples,and sometimes the back of my head feels like it got hit with a board.it hurts to bend over ,lay down ,etc any movement .i am scared what the mri is going to show...i have pain in both buttocks also.like i have strained myself ,but i havent .my husband had to lift me out of the chair to a standing position for days .i can do that now but i am worried about my eye.thank you for your time ,sincerely ,susie
