abdominal migraine or cvs

my 13 year old son started with constant dizziness nausea and occasional vomiting almost 6 weeks ago.  We have had 2 MRI's , an scope done of his stomach, ENT and a ophthalmologist clear him of any problems.  The doctor that we now have thinks it might be abdominal migraines or Cyclic vomiting syndrome. was hoping that someone here might know more about these.  We are still waiting for him to see and endocrinologist and a neurologist but at this time all his test films and blood work have come back normal.
