abnormal white matter on brain

I am a 37 yr old female. The other day I was driving down the road and my lips turned purple and then the whole left side of my body went numb. I rushed to the ER and they did a MRI and found "unusual white matter" on the front right lobe of my brain.  They told me that I need to see a Neurologist right away and gave me the report from the MRI to give to the Neurologist. The report says ....
nonspecific 4mm focus of T2 propagation in the right frontal subcortical white matter. With history of headaches, migraine vasculopathy could be considered. Other etiologies includes autoimmune vasculitis, Lyme disease or posttraumatic gliosis. Solitary focus of a demyelinating disorder is unlikely.
I am scared and want to know what is going on and getting frustrated that I have to wait for the Neurologist to have an available appointment.
Can you tell me what all of these terms mean?

Thank you

Shannon
