i have had a head ach the past few hours with a sour throat that hurts when i breath and it is hard to breath my chest hurts when i breath and has been all day and i keep getting light headed and im very hot  what can i do to make it stop or what is it?

Hi

You are probably suffering from an upper respiratory tract infection. Most URTIs are due to a viral infection.
The main symptoms of a URTI are sore throat, cough, fever, headache, aches and pains. It leads to inflammation in the airways and generally takes 1-2 weeks to resolve.

You should consult a doctor for a proper evaluation. Generally treatment is symptomatic. Paracetamol, ibuprofen, or aspirin are given to reduce fever. You should have lots to drink  to prevent mild dehydration. Antibiotics are not usually advised as they do not kill viruses. Antibiotics may be prescribed if the patient becomes more unwell.
