add on to cervicogenic headache or?

sorry but not sure if this is important - may or may not be.....I also have alot of sinus problems and was diagnosed with nasal polyps. There is history with my grandfather had MS and passed away from alzheimers, grandmother from parkinsons, and mother had MD and sever enough leg blood clots I rememebr as a child she was always in the hospital for them, she and my father each weighed between300 - 400 lbs.
