Hi,

Basilar migraines may present with dizziness, with visual symptoms like blurring of vision or doubling of vision, numbness or weakness of the extremities, tingling sensation over the extremities, difficulty walking, speech problems ( slurring of speech). It primarily affects gross motion or voluntary action, vision and sometimes speech due to stuctures underlying the base of the brain ( hence basilar).

I hope this helps.
