my ct of the brain.they said there is a small retention cyst in one of the posterior left ethmoid air cells.and mildy prominent,slightly,vascular structure in the midportion of the left cerebellum which suggests a small venous angioma.can you tell me what iam dealing with?and what treatments if any?

They may send you for a MRA which will test the blood flow in your veins to confirm the venous angioma, which can be described as a tangle of veins. They have to determine if they just need to watch it or if it needs treatment.

These cyst are often discovered by accident since they usually do not cause any symptoms. On the plain radiograph they can be seen as a smoothly outlined soft tissue density without any surrounding mucosal thickening."
