chills on right side of body

I have been diagnosed with lupus for 10 years now. with a flare several treatments of solumedrol administered IV will usually give relief. I run a greenhouse and this year at the end of my season I wa having extreme memory problems. I also have siezure disorder that manifests mostly during flares. IV treatments provided shortlived relief and then symptoms would come back. I now have such extreme memory issues that I am having problems functioning in a normal manner. I get lost and can not remember things from one side of the room to the other. I am now having strange sensations in my right side. This started about the time the memory problems began. Neurologist said that I had hyper reflexes on my right side and also tend to drag the right toe, causing me to fall often. MRIs show only normal aging on my spine and neck. Restless leg syndrome has gone through the roof and doesnt even respond to the medication I am on  as well as it used to. (Mirapex .05 mg 2x daily) I am also hypothyroid and take armour and levoxyl. Prednisone 8mg daily and methotrexate 25 mg weekly, plaquinel 400mg daily, plavix 75mg,(TIA's) and Topamax and Carbitrol for siezure disorder. The right side sensations begin as a quick zap similar to a chill and then become a chill like sensation that takes in my whole right side. I am stumped as seem to be my Drs. Any input from anyone would be appreciated. Also was examined by a neuro pshycologist for memory and he confirmed that I am very deficient in problem solving, able to perform new tasks, memory and some other memory related issues I simply cnat remember. How appropriate. I hope someone can shed some light on this as it has seriously mangled my way of life. heeler50
