chiropractic help for migraines?

Hi -  I was wondering if anyone has had any success going to the chiropractor for the relief of migraine headaches?  If so , what kind of care did you receive ?  Was it just adjustments or did your chiropractor give you other advice too?  Please give me as much detail as you can since i am doing a research paper and need some accurate results.  Thank you in advance for your time.

i personally think that chiropractors are dangerous, well, at least the kind that do any sort of fast or harsh movements... i personally wouldn't go to one...

BUT, i do go to physio therapy for my migraines, and my physio does VERY GENTLE, well what she calls adjustments... that i am guessing are similar to what chiropractors do just without any of the fast cracking/twisting or harsh manipulation. so... just like, very slow gentle stretches.

i don't know if it helps, but i think it has. BUT! i do know that physio in general has helped. so maybe that part of the physio has helped too.
