chirping noise in my head!

I suffered a basiliar migraine 3 weeks ago...since then I have been experiencing a chirping noise off and on throughout the day.....I have also noticed it tends to be constant when I am troubled by something or angered, both of which raise my BP. I have a dr appt next week but its quite disturbing...any comments? Thoughts?anyone else have this following a B.T.M?

How are you? Basilar migraines usually present with headache, dizziness, tinnitus, decreased hearing, nausea and vomiting, loss of balance, altered consciousness, and sometimes loss of consciousness. The noise or sound that you hear may be part of tinnitus or perception of sound within the human ear in the absence of corresponding external sound.  Inner ear diseases should be ruled out with further evaluation by your doctor.
