chronic headaches

Hi. I'm 20 years old and I've been having headaches since I was about 13, but in the past year or so they've gotten very different and significantly worse. I have very sharp headaches on the right side of my head. It seems to stem from the base of my head. My right ear and eye also hurt when I get these headaches. When I have a headache and rub the right side of my head to try to alleviate the pain it almost seems like my skin is numb or something. Also it makes me dizzy to try and focus on anything or to follow anything with my eyes. And about two weeks ago my left eyelid started twitching and has been doing since then. I get these headaches about once a week and they last for about two days. I've been to a few doctors but they don't really seem to care to hear all of my symptoms and just give a prescription to a migraine medicine (which helps about 1/3 of the time). I just thought before I schedule an MRI I would check and see if anyone had ever heard of these symptoms before and knew what was causing them. Thank you!
