cluster headach/migrain/sinuses/body ache

I have so many symptoms. My body aches so bad and last for weeks. At the same time i get a cluster headache or i am not sure if it is a migrain. sometimes extra strangth excedrin work. Things get worst if i lay flat. The headach feels really bad and doesn't last for more than a day but the body aches last for a week or so and effect my daily life. I feel congested in my face. My bones ache. I am not sure the cause or what i have.

How are you? Cluster headaches present with pain in vicinity of eye and pain frequently develops during sleep. Oxygen, ergotamine, sumatriptan or intranasal application of local anesthetic agent may help provide relief. Congestion may also respond to over-the-counter  decongestants while body aches can be treated with analgesics. If it persists, have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination is important.Take care and regards.
