very sudden headeache, apeared during coital activity, stinging pain behind both eyes, followed by intense band headache around head, ibruprofen remedy used, no impact intense pain subsided within two hours subsided to a dull continual pain. pain at back of neck when head pushed forward, syptoms (symptoms) inclde heaviness of head, head feeling fuzzy. dull headache lasted more than 24 hours.

no obvious strep symptoms (rash, light sensitivity)

This condition is also called 'coital cephalgia'. this condition usually responds to propranolol hydrochloride(Inderal) and in some cases to indomethacin also. You should try propranolol in consultation with your physician. There is a similar condition which is associated with viagra. So they need to be withheld in people experiencing headaches. You should consult with your physician whether an antianxiety drugs like alprazolam will help in your case.
