daily headaches

I was in an accident on July 12th 2010, didn't hit my head but was unconscious for about a minute. The first thing I noticed when I had my wits about me was a sever headache, and it has not gone away yet. The day of the accident they gave me a CAT scan, results normal. had some neck pain for a while and of course my whole body hurt for a few days after the wreck. My right shoulder was pretty much wrecked, a lot of damage there, and I am having surgery on the 2nd of Dec. to fix that. I have seen my Neurologist (she treats me for migraines) about these headaches but all she has done is prescribe Topamax for them and it has not done very much of anything for them. I have some other symptoms also and have relayed these to her as well, things such as memory problems, dizzy spells, not being able to stay on task, nightmares and now I think something like REM Behavior Disorder, (waking up acting out my dreams), or possibly some kind of seizure activity, don't know yet they just started this week. I am thinking I need to see a different Neurologist or something because something is definitely wrong and its not migraines.. what do you people think? I really am interested in your input...

thanks\\

Mike
