   Hi...yes it can...not always ... and not always will u be nauseated to the point of vomiting....this is something that could be different each time u have it...having episodes that last from a few minutes to a few weeks.

   See ur Dr for more info on how to contain these and what might be causing them.

Yes.  I am sometimes, though not always, really dizzy when I have these migraines.

How are you? Indeed, vertigo may present with headache along with nausea and vomiting. The symptoms also vary from one person to another depending on the condition and medical history present. Rest and antivertigo medications may help. However, if it persists or recurs, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor or referred to an ENT doctor for proper evaluation.
