The treatment for vertigo will depend upon the cause of vertigo or dizziness. Vertigo and headaches can occur in migraines, dehydration, low BP, high BP and low blood sugar.
Other causes of vertigo include ear infections, inner ear diseases like Meniere’s disease, labrynthitis, BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). Vertigo can also be a symptom of neurological illnesses like brain tumors, stroke and aneurysm.
It is important to know the exact cause of vertigo before instituting treatment.
The best way to treat dizziness and stress would be by making sure that one is not sleep deprived, dehydrated or low on sugar. Self relaxation techniques like breathing exercises and meditation will also help.
