dizzyness Question

Last thursday, 6 days ago I had smartlipo on my lower back and sides.  The day before i started taking the antibiotic that the doctor prescribed me, it was cipro , 500 mg twice per day to take that wednesday skip thursday and to take saturday, sunday and monday which i did.  Since sunday i have been experiencing dizzy spells and light nasuea. I was wearing a compression garment but i stopped that on monday as per the doctor said i didnt need it anymore, which was where i figured the dizziness
was coming from. The nasuea isnt a big deal but the dizziness is.  Sunday night is the first night i noticed it.  It started again last night which was tuesday night a day after i stopped taking it.  Today i have been dizzy all day especially when i tilt my head foward or backward.  

Should i visit a doctor or wait it out?
If this is from the cipro why am i still experiencing dizziness two days after stopping the cipro?

When i told the doctor i was dizzy he looked at me like i had two heads and had nothing to do with the smart lipo, he is one of the best in the country also.

How are you? Side effects of cipro include dizziness and nausea. However, this should resolve after stopping the drug and complete excretion from the body. If it persists, you may need  to inform your doctor about this symptom. Take care and do keep us posted.
