eye pain severe at one eye only and it travels

I get some times in a week late night eye pain severe in my right eye quite inside the eye ball and same travels to my forehead and eye temple lid. It is so severe and lasts for 30/40 minutes and wakes me in sleep. Also I get my right nostril blocked and also simultaneous bowel movement with  stomach disorder.
Brain MRI was done 3 years back when I developed these symptoms and same was in order. Stomach endoscopy done and found in order.
Kindly suggest what to do as this pain troubles me every week 2/3 times and is very severe. What is the remedy and medication.

How are you? Are there other symptoms present? It is good that the tests done were normal. Were you able to see an ophthalmologist? If the evaluation was also normal, this could be due to primary headache such as cluster headaches which present with pain in the eye, tearing, nose congestion, or flushing of face. The pain frequently develops during sleep and may last for several hours. to rule this out, check with a neurologist also. Take care and regards.

Many thanks for your comments and same noted. I am visiting a neurologist today to test whether this pain is associated with cluster headaches. The other symptoms which appear simultaneously are bad stomach and bowel movement and passing out air from the mouth.
After bowel movement the pain in the right eye and right temple goes away.
Do not understand the connection between eye pain and bad stomach coming together and how they are linked.
Visited a g astrologist and  he did endoscopy and results were ok. May be some other persons have similar symptoms and I look forward for a permanent remedy for these disease what ever it could be.
