head aches(variable) with chills

my symptoms are I have had a headache that is variable- off and on every hr or so for the past 8-10 days, the headache is not centered in one specific area although it is more pressure related...sometimes on temple one side sometimes both sides...sometimes back of kneck,....the past 4-5 days it has been accompanied by Chills- but have had no fever at all.. the chlls and the headaches vary , and they go way with or woth out  Advil/ tylenol usage....appetite is good- sleep fine- some weakness but not overly....

had a ct scan (head) and blood work about a week ago...it was normal...

my question is- what can I do to understand this better-? headches and chills for a week or more seems abnormal and no sign that it's getting better- should i be converned and would addl tests reveal anything.....my Dr has reccomended waitinhg another week. which would make the total time for sickness about 2 weeks.....chills with out fever and headaches seems an odd combination....

Headache and chills can occur due to anxiety, stress and low blood sugar. I would suggest you to make sure that you are not overly anxious and also eat regularly to prevent the sugar levels from falling too low.
