Why after ejaculations and certain lifting I experience major sudden back of lower head pain

Hi,

Head pain after ejaculation and heavy lifting points in the direction of exertional headaches which are seen during or after strenuous exercise. Pain during or after ejaculation are referred to as coital cephalgia. Coital cephalgia is a type of exertional headache.
Usually exertional headaches go away on their own after a few weeks or so. Sometimes they may require treatment with medications like Indomethacin or Naproxen sodium.

I would suggest you to maintain your fluid intake and eat on time and avoid heavy lifting for some time.
