head pains, tingling, shooting..

For the past few months I have been experiencing shooting pains in my head and also very very light headaches in my temples, I seem to get shooting pains in my head quite often and I also have been having a little bit of ear ache, I use nasal decongestant as my nose is constantly blocked and I'm sneezing quite often too, could all that somehow be related? I don't seem to notice the symptoms when I'm out with friends etc. I've had a tiny bit of nausea too also I get tingling on my scalp which I know could be anxiety related. Any help would be very comforting and also very appreciated.

Dr Santos, firstly can I say thank you for your time. I was wondering if it was sinus related, I've been using nasal decongestants for years
But its only really these past few months were I've noticed it,  the headaches I get are more throbbing in the temples, and the ear ace is
Almost unnoticable its just a slight shooting pain, sometimes with the head ache
I don't even have to take anything as the pain really isn't that bad
But the pain is relieved by paracetamol for a good 5 hours, is that a good sign??
Again, thank you for your time dr santos. Much appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? The symptoms could be related since nasal congestion may be associated with headache, earache/ ear fullness and even fever also. If the nasal congestion has been present for a long time, this could be due to allergies or sinus issues. Have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. A referral to an ENT specialist may also help. Take care and do keep us posted.
