head pains

I am really terrified that I have a brain tumour.  For several weeks I have had not headaches bit brief head pains on rhs of head sometimes At temple and on top or a back -,they are brief bit afterwards leave me with a sense of being slightly off colour and not dizzy bit a Little of balance - My ears sometimes feel a Little strange and this occurred after i had a really had cough after a bout of flu when i coighed My head hurt but now it doesnt hurt if i cough these pains just come spontaneously and briefly l am so scared

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

It is cluster migraines. Even though the pain only lasts for a brief time go ahead and take a pain reliever (I recommend Excedrin for migraines) and that should knock them out.

It sounds to me like you have more of an inner ear infection or problem. I would try and make an appointment with a ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) doctor to see if they can get to the bottom of your problem. I wish you the best of luck.
