head pressure

I have been having pressure in my head for about 2 months.  It started on the left side, but it is currently on the right side around the temple area.  It seems to move bit.  I had an MRI, it came back normal.   Last week I also started having burning sensations in my face, arms, neck and shoulders.  I have very low energy.  I started going to physical theropy, but it is not helping.  Any suggestions.  I guess I need to go back to the neurologist??

Hi...u may need to have a LP or a CINE MRI to see if u have a CSF obstruction or over production issue......

Pseudotumor cerebri also known for IIH/intera cranial hypertension......

Another issue u may want to explore is a possible bulging disk in the cervical spine......

Good luck and do post an update

Hi,
How are you? It is good that the initial MRI was fine. Head pressure with burning sensation highly suggest neurological issues. You may benefit from further evaluation by a neurologist for proper manageemnt. Further evaluation as mentioned above will help determine the underlying cause. Aside from physical therapy and medications, biofeedback and other relaxation techniques may also help. Take care and regards.
