headache, pain in left knee

I have had a dull headache since June 23. I thought it was because my birthday was the next day and i didn't want to get older. Even though i was just turing 29. Well the headache wont go away. Been going to the doctor. I have been so worry till it feels like my heart is pounding out my chest.  And when i worry, i really worry. It's like i have anxiety attacks anytime i think of the headache and what it could be. So the doctor prescribed me some zanax. The headaches  just stays dull. I haeven't taken any pain killers cause the headache is so dull. Doctor is going to schedule me a CT or MRI. Had an ultrasound done on me because my bilirubin level were high. The ultrasound found some gallstones. My left leg has been having pain right on the knee area. Just want my life back. Please help

How are you? Was there history of trauma to the head or neck? Your headache could also be due to primary headaches such as tension, migraine or cluster headaches. If the headache is characterized as dull, this could be associated with tension headache. Rest, pain medication and removal of stress may help provide relief. The imaging studies, CT scan or MRI will help  rule out anatomical issues or organic causes. With regards to the left leg, direct clinical examination and additional diagnostic tests may help identify the cause. Have this checked by your doctor also . It could be musculoskeletal or neurological in nature. Take care and do keep us posted.
