headache and pain in abdomen

hi, i have a severe headache , i have had this for two days (nothing unusual , i had one for 11 weeks b4) i also have a slight pain in my right bottom abdomen and keep getting hot flushes , some other problems , don,t know if theyre conected or not i have calf pain in both legs and lower back pain , but i have had these for 9 months , i have seen my dr and had an mri with and without contrast ,  which showed nothing now when i see the dr he just gives me pain killers , but i know its much more , ive had the headaches on and off for 2 yrs now , can anyone help....
