headache with vertigo

I suffer from headache with vertigo.. my medical history was, I suffered from anxiety one year later and i think when it caused my headache and vertigo. And most especially, i felt more dizzy when i was in the crowd and hig places.. Is this a symptoms of any chronic or severe illness?i hope you will respond quickly to my concerns.thank you and more power.
