headache

recently I observed that during sexual intercourse I am having a pounding headache which may take days to go away with the use of NSAIDS

This has happened to me also.  Ended up in hospital for week or so with Dr.'s trying to diagnose.  No reall final diagnosis, but my GP indicated that is a form of migrane called 'exerction migrane' and told me that is probably what was happening.  The MRI taken while in hospital showed a lot of calcification on my brain, which no one could explain.  Good luck!
