headaches, dizzy, tired alot...whats wrong???

Well for about a one and a half years i have constantly been getting dizzy. Headaches just about every day. Also i have been getting these sharp pains right above my ears. When i stand up after sitting for about a minute i get really dizzy. Oh, and when i get up in the morning i can never skip breakfast because i once did that and blacked out it was horrible. I am on the cross country team for my school. But for the past week i havent done any running until i got my results back from and ekg and a blood test. They said it came back normal???? I am 5 ft 3 inches and weigh 94 pounds. I eat a lot I swear and I am not anerexic or belemic or however you spell them. When I got a test done at the doctors they were taking my blood pressure after i laid down for two minutes and when i stood back up they said my blood pressure was suppose to go down but it went up rapidly from a 110 to a 124 i think it was. maybe it happens with some people i really don't know. Also they said it couldnt be a tumor in my head because i had no pressure in my eyes or something....if someone could help out I would really appreciate it .... thanks lots

Hi,

How are you?
Your symptoms could be due to anxiety, sleep deprivation, low blood sugar, poor eyesight, and stress and dehydration.
I would suggest you to eat regularly not just the amount but the time also matters. Make sure you drink enough water to prevent dehydration.
All your tests have been normal so it does not seem to be anything serious as of now. Postural hypotension has also been ruled out, because your blood pressure increased after standing from a lying down posture. If postural hypotension is present the BP falls down after standing from a lying down posture.
Hope this helps!
