headaches

I been hearing these headaches are normal, but what can i do to ease them and why do the last for three days straight?

A cold rag on my head or ice pack helps me sometimes to they are horrible and make it hard to do anything when I have a headache so ik what you are going through. Hope this helps you out some also my doctor told me drink a little caffeine to help out not to much tho

Take in lots of fluids... i would say... n apply medicated Axe brand oil, u would find it on Amazon. Hope it helps. Take care
