headaches associated with virus

Is it common to have severe headaches with liver virus? I was diagnosied with Hepatitas 'A' 4 weeks ago and at the time had some headaches.About 2 weeks ago these headaches have been very severe most days.I have had a CT scan,no brain problems found, had a Lumbar puncture because they suspected viral menangitas (came back clear)but the headaches continue.I also have a blockage in my heart could this be the reason for my headaches?I just want my life back!

Hi,
How are you? Can you elaborate on the characteristic of your headache? It is good that the CT scan and lumbar puncture were fine. Headaches may be primary or secondary in nature. If there is no underlying cause, this can be primary headache such as migraine, tension, or cluster headaches. It is not uncommon to experience headache with heart problems. If prescription medications do not help, try complementary and alternative medicine such as biofeedback therapy. Take care and do keep us posted.
